Dare2Care 2026: Young People Still Believing and Serving Christ Together

On Sunday, 2 August 2026, young people from across the New Apostolic Church Southern Africa will come together for the annual Dare2Care Young People divine service.

Dare2Care is a movement that challenges young people to live their faith boldly, make a meaningful impact in their communities, and grow closer to God and one another.

The excitement around the event begins long before the divine service. In the months leading up to Dare2Care, young people throughout Southern Africa will be actively involved in projects and initiatives that reflect the spirit of service. From congregation-based "Serving Christ" activities and Mandela Day outreach projects to pastoral visits, promotional campaigns, choir and orchestra preparations, and engagements with youth and children's organisations, every effort contributes to building momentum and creating opportunities to touch lives.

This year's Dare2Care Catch-Up theme, "Still Believing," reminds us that faith remains strong in a world filled with challenges and uncertainty. It speaks to a generation that continues to trust God, stand firm in His promises, and serve with purpose.

Fundraising will also play an important role in this year's initiative, with proceeds supporting the Masakhe Foundation and helping to extend the impact of Dare2Care. During the Dare2Care weekend, Apostle Areas are encouraged to host activities that unite people in support of this meaningful cause. Whether it be through sports tournaments, community projects, Get-2-Gether discussions, spiritual fellowships, music events, or outreach programmes, young people will have opportunities to connect, serve, and contribute to positive change.

At its heart, Dare2Care reflects who we are called to be as followers of Christ. It is a reminder that faith is not only expressed through words but also through action, compassion, and a willingness to serve others. As we prepare for Dare2Care 2026, let us embrace every opportunity to uplift those around us, strengthen our faith, and inspire hope within our communities.

The highlight of the weekend will be the AVT Dare2Care divine service, which will be conducted by District Apostle Peter Lambert on Sunday, 2 August 2026, at 11:00 from Saxonsea Church. Young people, families, and congregations across Southern Africa are encouraged to participate and be part of this special occasion.

Together, we are still believing! Together, we are serving Christ! Together, we are shaping a brighter future!

Let's embrace the challenge! Let's make a difference! Let's Dare2Care!
