Food parcels distributed in the Zambezi Region

Namibia has 16 cases of Covid-19 and 13 of the people have recovered, leaving only

3 cases still infected. There are thousands of people that have lost their employment and some of our members have also not been spared.

Saturday, 16 May 2020 saw ministers in Bukalo and Katima districts distribute food parcels to some of our members affected by Covid-19. At the centre of the distribution in Bukalo was Shepherd Renian Munyaza who is the District Rector for the district. There was a total of five (5) families that received the food parcels. Meanwhile in Katima District, DEV Lubinda Mutumba and his team identified three (3) families that are hard-hit by the effects of the disease.

The assisted members expressed words of joy and thanked the Church for extending a hand to help the needy neighbour.
