The senior members from Mossel Bay South spent some time together on Friday, 27 October 2023. Their artistic ingenuity was put to the test, and they really had some fun in the process.
According to certain reports, art can reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress in seniors. Studies even show that seniors who participated in the creative arts experienced lower levels of depression and loneliness and were more positive in general.
The day concluded with fellowship and snacks.
