On Sunday 15 October 2023, Philadelphia and Botteberg congregations gathered at Philadelphia Primary for a divine service conducted by Apostle Gavin Van Der Hoven. He was accompanied by Bishops Cook and Adonis and all the District Rectors of Apostle area.

As basis for the divine service, the Apostle used a Bible word from Matthew 19:21. 

The Apostle was commissioned to serve Holy Communion for the departed as the District Apostle was in Argentina with the Chief Apostle. After the divine service, the congregants enjoyed fellowship with the Apostle, Bishops and District Rectors.
