Sunday 8 October 2023 was a special occasion for Westridge Congregation because retired Deacon Jonathan Witbooi and his wife, Veneza, received their 40th wedding anniversary blessing.

Priest Randall Abrahams, the Rector of Westridge Congregation, bestowed the wedding blessing on the couple. He shared a Bible word Colossians 3:14 with the couple: “But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection”, and thanked them for their love, example and sacrifices in the congregation over the years.

After the celebration of Holy Communion, Priest Randall Abrahams was commissioned by Apostle Bradley Bourne to activate the mandate of Priest Ashley Booysen for Westridge Congregation.
