On Sunday 8 October 2023, District Rector Joseph Bronkhorst conducted the 7 a.m. divine service in Windsor Park congregation. This was also his first visit to the congregation as the newly-appointed District Rector in Durbanville.

Rector Neville Marais conducted the dicine service at 9 a.m. 

The Bible word used for the service was Luke 6:12, with the heading, “Prayer requires peace and quiet”.

Priest Isaac and Dorothea Sass also celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. The Rector shared a Bible word out of Philippians 1: 6 with the couple: "being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;".
