District Elder Theodore Wagenaar served the congregation of Hindle Road in Delft on a cold Sunday morning. He was assisted by Evangelist Edvall Matinka, the previous Rector of the congregation. 

Despite the weather, many members and visitors attended the divine service. A heavenly, warm atmosphere was experienced.

Before the conclusion of the service, the District Elder placed Priest Edwin Martin into retirement and thanked him for the 37 years as an active minister. The District Elder used Psalm 23 as the retirement word.

The choir concluded the divine service with a beautiful rendition of the hymn, Humbly Lord I bow before Thee.
