On Thursday 21 September 2023, various representatives of the young people from the Cape Coastal Area handed over their #Dare2Care donations to the Masakhe Foundation.

As part of the annual #Dare2Care initiative, each district within the area focused their efforts on fundraising activities and collecting non-perishable food items over the past two months.

Through charitable deeds, the young people, together with members of each congregation, successfully donated an overhead projector, stationery and writing materials, and items of perishable and non-perishable foods to make up monthly hamper meals.

In serving Christ and our neighbour, this was the perfect display of giving to those who are in need without expecting praise or attention in return. It further serves as an expression of the faith of the Young People - as faith prompts us to do the will of God and to serve one another with our gifts and abilities.
