On Sunday 10 September, Apostle Gavin van der Hoven conducted a divine service in De Grendel congregation.

Although it was a cold and stormy Sunday morning, that did not disturb the orchestra from creating a peaceful, warm atmosphere.

The Apostle used the Bible word Proverbs 24:16 as the basis for the sermon, “For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity.”

The children sang with great excitement, "I've got the joy down in my heart", before the Rector was called to serve.

One baby was sealed in the service. Afterwards, the congregation could enjoy a cup of coffee and a piece of cake in fellowship.
