Apostle Bourne visits Jamestown congregation

On Wednesday 13 September 2023, Apostle Bradley Bourne visited Jamestown Congregation. He was accompanied by Bishop Grant James, the District Rector, District Evangelist Wayne Cicilie, the local Rector, Priest Marius Hull as well as the Rector of Idasvalley, Priest Gavin Stols.

The Bible word for the divine service was taken out of the Gospel of Luke 14:15, “Now when one of those who sat at the table with Him heard these things, he said to Him, 'Blessed is he who shall eat bread in the kingdom of God!'”

During the divine service, 9 souls received the gift of the Holy Spirit through the act of Holy Sealing. The congregations of Jamestown and Idasvalley also received additional ministerial gifts when the Apostle ordained three Deacons.
