Shepherd Cedric Hagglund served the congregation in Highbury on a cold and wet Sunday morning. He was assisted by Priest Shaun Minnaar who also celebrated his birthday.
Despite the weather, the members came together en masse, and a heavenly atmosphere was experienced.
Before the conclusion of the service, the Shepherd placed Deacon Eugene Bernadus into retirement and thanked him for the 24 years he served as an active minister.
The choir concluded the divine service with a beautiful rendition of Thanks be to Thee.
