Over the weekend of 9 September 2023, a music workshop was held in Robertson district by Desmond Solomon.

Members travelled from far away to be part of a music enrichment programme that was initiated to help uplift the level of orchestra playing in the various areas.

After the orchestra workshop, a conductor's training session was held for all the choir and orchestra conductors of the district as a refresher and an informative session regarding the task of conductors.

On Sunday morning, the district orchestra attended the divine service in Tulbach. The district choir attended a divine service in Ceres. This was all in preparation for the coming visit of the District Apostle.
