On Sunday 10 September 2023, Apostle Gavin Van Der Hoven conducted the morning divine service in Welgelegen congregation.

During the service, 2 adults and 5 babies received the sacrament of Holy Sealing. 

Priests Richard McBain and Michael Smith, Deacons Mark Meyer and Willie van der Walt were also retired from their ministries. The Apostle thanked the ministers for their service in the congregation and to God's children.

Grant Satrum was reinstated to serve as a Priest, and Daniel Julius was mandated to serve as a Deacon in the congregation.
