On Sunday 27 August 2023 Eersterust North congregation witnessed a ruby wedding anniversary blessing.
The Bible word for the divine service was taken from Luke 21:36.
Priest O de Bruyn, the Rector of Eersterust North was called to serve along. After the celebration of Holy Communion, Priest W Carelsen dispensed the ruby anniversary blessing on Community Evangelist Raymond Williams and his wife, Verna.
