On Sunday 27 August 2023, Shepherd Cedric Hagglund, the District Rector of Kuils River District, visited De Kuilen congregation.
As a basis for the divine service, he used a Bible word from Luke 21:36.
During the divine service, the Shepherd retired Priest Frank Roman and Priest Michael Julius, and also reinstated Winston Vlotman as a Priest.
