On Sunday 27 August 2023, the congregation of Elsenburg witnessed the ruby anniversary blessing of Priest Andre De Jager and his wife, Ingrid.
The District Rector, District Evangelist Wayne Cicilie conducted the divine service which was based on a Bible word out of Luke 21:36.
In addition, the couple who got married on 19 February 1983, was given a special Bible word recorded in Ephesians 4:2–3.
