Apostle L Masule visited the Choto Mission congregation on 23 August 2023 to conduct the midweek divine service. The Rector of the congregation, Community Evangelist Chipowa, accompanied the Apostle. 

During the divine service, fifteen souls received the gift of the Holy Spirit through the act of Holy Sealing.

At the conclusion of the service, it was announced that the Choto Mission Congregation would now officially be known as Sihemba Congregation, which will operate as part of Katima Mulilo Congregation.
