On 17 August 2023, Bishop Frans Flores conducted a divine service in Arcadia Congregation.
The Bible word for the sermon was taken from Isaiah 37:31.
During the divine service, the Bishop, by commission of the Apostle Mintoor, released Community Evangelist A Windvogel from the responsibility and mandate as the Rector of Arcadia Congregation and appointed Priest C Coetzee as the new Rector for the congregation.
