On 20 August 2023, Bishop J Cook visited the congregation of Tulbagh to conduct a divine service. He was accompanied by the District Rector J Brockman, along with all the Rectors of the Ceres-Wellington District.

The congregation was joined by congregational Young People leaders, the District Young People Leader of Ceres-Wellington District, and the Apostle Area Young People Leader. After the divine service, the leaders held a meeting, fostering connections and discussing important matters.

The divine service was truly a blessing, filled with words of encouragement, comfort, and strength for all who attended. Following the service, the District Rector led the Bishop and the Rectors to the Tulbagh Town Hall, where they conducted an onsite visit in preparation for the upcoming visit of the District Apostle on September 24, 2023.

An air of eager anticipation and enthusiastic excitement fills the invited congregations in anticipation of the forthcoming visit by the District Apostle.
