On Sunday 6 August 2023, retired Priest Manfred Gertsmair and his wife, Carolina, received their ruby wedding anniversary blessing from their Rector, Priest Arnold Du Preez.
As basis for this special occasion, a Bible word was taken from Genesis 16:13.
The couple received their wedding blessing on 21 July 1983 in the then Kleinvlei North congregation.
