On Sunday 30 July 2023, Apostle F. Lekay held his second divine service when he visited the congregation of Vredenburg South at 10.30. The Bible word for the divine service was taken out of the book of Revelations 3:21 “To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”
The Rector, Priest C. Slambert was also called up to serve.
During the divine service, the act of Holy Sealing was bestowed on 9 souls.
The Apostle also placed Priest W. Diedericks and Priest A. Smith into retirement.
The congregation was also blessed to receive 3 Deacons.
After the divine service, the Apostle greeted and had fellowship with the members.
