On Sunday 23 July 2023, the young people of Uitsig congregation had a "Skep vir my ook" with a difference.
As young people, their desire is to strengthen relationships between themselves and the confirmands.
The confirmands were invited to have a Sunday lunch with the young people so that they could get to know each other.
"Skep vir my ook" means you bring a plate for yourself and a buddy, and then sit around the table and share your food.
