On Sunday morning 25 June 2023, the Apostle Jan Mabaso conducted a service in Mzinti congregation and was accompanied by District Elder Eddie Bhana and ministers from Mzinti congregation.

The sermon was based on Matthew 28:18 and its central message was on the authority of Christ in heaven and on earth. 

Later that morning, a second service was conducted by the Apostle, this time around it was a special divine service for the children.

The sermon's overarching message was that the children should grow into something beautiful and was based on Luke 12:27. The Apostle used the growth of the lily flower as an analogy to illustrate how their divine life should be nurtured to enhance their spiritual growth.

Sunday School services similar to the one in Mzinti were conducted across the Mpumalanga East Apostle area.
