On Wednesday evening 14 June 2023, Apostle Bradley Bourne visited the congregation of Klapmuts in Stellenbosch District. This was the first visit of the Apostle after the District was incorporated into the Cape - Coastal Apostle area. As basis for the divine service, the Apostle based the divine service on a Bible word recorded in Matthew 17 verse 5. The message of the divine service was that we should hear the voice of God. During the divine service the Rector, Community Evangelist Patrick Seas was relieved of the Rector mandate. The Community Evangelist Charles Leibrandt, previously the Rector of Franschhoek was appointed as the new Rector for Klapmuts.
