The ongoing electricity crisis in South Africa has prompted the members, under the guidance of their Rector, Priest Bongani Mabuza, to organise themselves and source a generator for the congregation. 

A number of fundraising initiatives were launched to raise the required amount needed to purchase the generator as an alternative source of electricity. 

To the delight of the members, the Rector presented the generator to them after the midweek morning divine service on Wednesday, 07 June 2023, and he expressed sincere gratitude to everyone for their generous support that made the purchase possible. 

The joy of all in attendance could not be contained, and now everyone eagerly awaits the much anticipated audio-visual broadcast of the divine service with the Chief Apostle this coming Sunday, live from Solwezi in Zambia, without any fear of load-shedding.
