Sunday 4 June 2023 brought joy to the congregation of Dwarsrivier Vallei when Apostle Peter Lambert visited the congregation.

As basis for the divine service, he used a Bible word out of 1 Corinthians 13:14.

Before the celebration of Holy Communion, 1 baby, 3 children and 3 adults received the gift of the Holy Spirit through the act of Holy Sealing. 

The Rector mandate of Priest Smartryk Clarke, the previous Rector of Dwarsrivier Vallei, was terminated during the divine service, and Priest James Eksteen, previously the Rector of La Motte, was appointed as the new Rector for Dwarsrivier Vallei.
