On Saturday 03 June 2023 senior members of Pietermaritzburg District experienced a joyful and uplifting gathering on a wellness day specially organized for them. The ministers and members expressed their gratitude to senior members in a delightful wellness day celebration. When the Sunday School children extended a warm welcome to Apostle Mandla Mkhwanazi, the senior members experienced joy and felt truly blessed. On this special day, the Apostle was accompanied by Bishop Sipho Shabangu.

The senior members were given dedicated care and attention, resulting in a sense of renewal and satisfaction. The room resonated with laughter, smiles, and the melodic harmonies of the male choir, evoking a profound feeling of gratitude.

In the congregation, healthcare professionals including medical doctors and nurses diligently performed wellness checks for the senior members, placing their well-being at the forefront. The words of inspiration shared by the guest speaker were met with great enthusiasm.
