With great anticipation, the congregation of Windsor Park welcomed Apostle Gavin Van Der Hoven on Wednesday, 10 May 2023.

The Apostle was reminded that it was earlier in the year when he last visited the congregation for a Sunday School divine service. The theme/motto for the Sunday School children for the year was introduced - Making our children winners for Christ. He went on to say this is something he will never forget, and it will live long in his heart.

The sermon was based on a Bible word from Luke 24:49 “Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you: but tarry in the city of Jerusalem, until you are endued with power from on high.”

The Apostle encouraged all to

=》Tarry in Jerusalem - Remain and stay close to God in all circumstances of life.

=》remain vigilant, prayerful, and work for our God.

=》Allow the Holy Spirit to multiply the gifts and talents in the activity of the Lord's work.

6 children also received the gift of the Holy Spirit through the act of Holy Sealing. 

Before the conclusion of the divine service, the congregation also received new gifts in the form of the Deacon ministry. 5 brothers were ordained into the Deacon ministry to assist and enhance the work of God.

The Apostle greeted those in attendance and enjoyed fellowship after the divine service.
