On Wednesday 10 May 2023, Apostle Peter Lambert visited the congregation of De Doorns.
With all the excitement for the visit of the Apostle Lambert, the members came to church despite loadshedding.
In this service, the current Rector, Priest Gavin Stols, was released from his Rector mandate, and Priest John Fink was appointed as the new Rector for De Doorns congregation.
The retired Shepherd Chris Pretorius and his wife also received their 40th wedding anniversary blessing.
