On Saturday 22 April 2023,  four ministers of the Erongo Region attended the first graduation ceremony from the Homiletics training course at Walvis Bay congregation. Homiletics concerns the art of preaching or writing sermons. The ministers, the first in the region to complete the training course were District Elder Andre Taylor, Shepherd R Schweichardt, Community Evangelist Hermann Geiger and Priest Bennie Gabrielsen. The Masters of the Ceremony was Priest Stanley Norris. Apostle Patrick Liwakala and DR Andre Taylor, as well as Sh. Schweichardt, all served as speakers.
