On Sunday 19 March 2023, in Rooihuiskraal congregation, brother Ivan Potgieter and his wife, Faith received their 50th wedding anniversary in Rooihuiskraal congregation. 

District Rector, District Elder S Fourie conducted the divine service. He emphasized their love for each other and their faithfulness to God, and always keeping Christ in the centre of their marriage. As basis for the blessings, the District Elder shared a word from Ephesians 4:2-3. The choir sang the hymn “I need the every hour” which further enhanced the blessing.
