The meeting to finalise the planning details for the concert during the Chief Apostle’s visit occurred on Thursday, 16 November 2023.

The concert is scheduled to be held at Olympus Congregation in Pretoria.

The meeting was opened and chaired by District Elder S Fourie of the Pretoria South District. In attendance, among others, were District Elder Q Hinrichsen, Priest W Carelsen and Priest D Fielies.

The main points for discussion in the meeting were logistical arrangements around seating, ushering, security, issuing of tickets, and the administration of medical support in the event of a medical emergency, as well as other responsibilities.

With a clear road map at the end of the meeting, clear timelines and responsibilities were established, setting the groundwork for a successful event. The final meeting is set to take place on 5 December 2023.
