On Wednesday 01 February 2023, District Apostle J Kriel conducted a divine service in Fisantekraal Congregation, in the Durbanville District.  

The District Apostle was accompanied by Apostle G Van Der Hoven and Bishop G Kotze.

A total of eight rural congregations gathered around the Lord’s altar to celebrate this blessed occasion with our District Apostle. The members were transported in four busses travelling a radius of plus-minus 40 kilometres.

The Bible word for the divine service was taken from 1 Thessalonians 1:2-3, “We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers, remembering without ceasing your work of faith, labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the sight of our God and Father,”.

The joy could be felt in the congregation and seen on the faces of God’s people. These were memorable moments that the members will treasure in their hearts forever.
