On Thursday 9 February 2023, District Apostle J Kriel served in the congregation of Windsorton, a town 70 kilometres from Kimberley.
The nearby congregations of Holpan and Warrenton were also invited to attend the divine service. It was the first time that a District Apostle visited this part of the area and the congregants waited with much anticipation.
He mentioned to those sitting in the tent adjacent to the hall, that although there are no more diamonds found in the area, as God’s children, they are more valuable than diamonds to God.
The Bible word used for the divine service was taken from Mark 6:41. The District Apostle, amongst many aspects, mentioned that everyone receives the same spiritual bread of which there is enough for everyone. Let us partake and share it with all and we will be blessed.
Apostle W Von Schaeffer was also called to serve along.
After the divine service, the District Apostle greeted all the nearly 350 congregants present and took some photos with them.
