On Sunday 23 October 2022, Deacon Deon Africa and his wife Janice received their silver wedding anniversary blessing. The blessing was bestowed by the District Rector (Shepherd) Cedric Hagglund at Tuscany Glen Congregation.
Although the couple celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2020 already, they decided to postpone the blessing due to the pandemic. The Bible word used as the basis for the blessing was taken from Psalm 27:4.
