Bishop V Fischer visited Mandalay Congregation on Sunday, 25 September 2022.
He used a Bible word from Psalm 62:8 as a basis for this divine service.
The Bishop placed Deacon Victor Crouch into retirement at the conclusion of the divine service. The Deacon was sincerely thanked for his years of serving in the ministry and wished well as he entered retirement.
