The congregation music leaders (CML's) of Lentegeur district met with the District Rector, Shepherd Gavin Van Der Hoven, at Colorado Congregation for a coffee session.

Whilst enjoying their coffee and something sweet, they engaged in a meaningful discussion which gave the CML's an opportunity to voice their challenges and learning experiences in their congregations. 

The CML's were reminded by the District Rector that they are always remembered in prayer by their leaders and were encouraged to always take on a Christ-like leadership style.

The District Rector then shared some thoughts with the team on:

C - courageous: to be courageous in the face of challenges.

M - (self)motivation: never let anyone take away your joy or be dependent on others for your joy.

L - leading: to lead in a way that inspires others to join the team.

The CML's were also thanked for the sterling work they are doing. All praise and thanks to God.
