Before the conclusion of the divine service on Sunday 11 September 2022, the District Rector, Shepherd G Van Der Hoven, placed Priest Eugene Ruiters and Deacon David Jagers into retirement.
The Shepherd thanked them for their years of service to the members. He shared a Bible out of the Book of Philippians 4:4, "Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!"
After the divine service, a few photographs were taken of the retired ministers and their families.
