Divine service for ministers and wives

On Tuesday 23 August 2022, the congregation of ministers and their wives of the Cape-Coastal area awaited the arrival of Apostle Bradley Bourne with great joy and anticipation.

A sense of warmth and earnestness could be felt in the hearts of the congregation as they sang the opening hymn “We cannot but be speaking”.

As a basis for the divine service, the Apostle used a Bible word from Psalm 2:11, “Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.”

Three key questions were addressed throughout the divine service: Who do we serve? What is serving? How do we serve?

Bishop Vernon Fisher and District Rector Ronald Fortune were also called to serve along.
