A workshop led by the district Sunday School coordinators, Sister Cyrildene Roberts and Sister Johanna Arendse, was held at Beacon Valley North Congregation on Sunday 31 July 2022 for all Confirmation 1 teachers of the Lentegeur district.

The purpose of the workshop was to equip the teachers with the tools required for an effective and interesting delivery of their lessons and to make the interaction with the Confirmation 1 scholars more exciting and spiritually stimulating.

Using the theme "Fear of God", they discussed topics relating to the time for change, effective planning and execution of the lesson and the effective use of the voice when attempting to keep the young and enquiring minds engaged in the lesson.

The teachers enjoyed an interactive session that gave them renewed insights. They were motivated and energized to continue creating exciting lessons while spiritually feeding the hearts and minds of our future congregation.
