On 16 July 2022, a group of young people from the Ekhurhuleni East District embraced the call of #caring2gether. They undertook a trip to the Balfour Congregation in their district to perform the task of neatening and painting the building.
The young people were joined by the District Evangelist, Rector and Deacon of the area to enjoy the fellowship.
During the build-up to the event, the young people also collected clothing and non-perishable food. This was handed to the Rector for distribution to the Masakhe Foundation as part of the Dare2Care initiative of the Young People.
